All the grapes used for winemaking are grown on the estate properties.
On 2009 the winery has been totally renewed and equipped with Slavonian and French oak barriques and tonneaux to produce high level and premium wines.
In order to meet any sustainability requirements, vines growing is chemical-free, carried out with only mechanical means; on early 2017 the procedure for organic certification was started, which can be claimed from the 2020 vintage, while the words "in conversion" will be applicable in the meanwhile.

The high quality grapes are the result of a careful study of the "terroir". The hand-picked product undergoes a process that respects the tradition and the quality of the grapes. The estate extends for about 50 hectares in the region called “beneath the channel”, nearby the archaeological region of Monte Sannace. The whole cycle of wine production is controlled with care and great passion from the handmade grape-harvesting to the wine-making, in order to obtain wines of quality. The cycle ends with the bottling, carefully made by the winemaker Luca Petrelli and the agronomist Vito Donato Giuliani.
